About Me

Applied Mathematician with a 27 year career in fixed income finance for a buy-side firm. I have returned to work with my thesis advisor Dr. Konstantin Lurie and another of his students Dr. William Sanguinet. My interests include Calculus of Variations, Optimal Control, Homeogenization, and Gamma convergence. I am also interested in coordinate free representations of variational principles and the possible applications of Category Theory to Optimal Control. My immediate focus is knocking off 31 years of accumulated rust!
